Case Study - VT Portsmouth

 
Energy Management Project for VT Portsmouth -  Berkeley has recently completed a major BMS upgrade to incorporate energy metering throughout the shipyard complex at VT Portsmouth. The extensive BMS system was enhanced during 2008-2009 to control and measure electrical consumption associated with lighting and HVAC systems within the main production areas. VT Group is a leading defence and support services company, providing engineering and other support services to governments and large organisations around the world. Case Study - Millbank Tower Audit Commission
 

 
Millbank Tower Audit Commission - Millbank Tower is a 32-storey development in London built in the 1960s and is occupied by numerous government departments. In 2004 the Audit commission carried out a £6.0M upgrade of its facilities including the installation of a comprehensive building automation system. Our company together with our integration partner Accurro were chosen to carry out the work during a 30 week construction period. An open LON system was the preferred solution and the following systems were seamlessly integrated – 350 CHILLED BEAMS 105 FCU’s, 8 VSD’s, MAIN PLANT, LIGHTING, MOTORISED BLINDS AND IT NETWORK.
